Azar Asesores is a legal services firm specialized in corporate law, financial services and real estate transactions, that seeks to provide added value to our clients and their businesses, headed by Juan Azar Haddad, who holds a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac, and whose professional experience includes collaborations with leading firms such as Creel, García-Cuellar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., and Basila Abogados, S.C.

Founding Partner

Juan Azar Haddad

Juan is a Law graduate from Anáhuac University, specializing in corporate and financial law with a focus on national and international financing, including corporate, structured, real estate, and syndicated financing.

His main focus is on structuring credit operations and preparing guarantees for them, including chattel guarantees, real estate guarantees, and trust guarantees, as well as handling corporate governance for commercial entities.

Before founding Azar Asesores, Juan worked at notary public number 45 in Mexico City. He later joined the Basila Abogados law firm and finally became part of the Financial Services team at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, where he participated in some of Mexico's most complex and demanding financing transactions.
